使用 OldSnap 软件或 oldsnap.cc 上的服务，就表示你同意下面这些条款。OldSnap 由老李Oldlee 个人开发和运营。

软件

截图、标注、贴图、识别文字、录屏等本地功能免费使用，不需要账户。软件按现状提供：我会尽力修好问题，但不保证没有错误，也不对因使用软件造成的数据丢失负责。请自己备份重要文件。

AI 功能

• AI 需要登录和联网，按套餐额度使用。额度按模型的真实花费扣除，页面上的「约 N 次」只是估算。
• AI 的回答可能出错。翻译、解释、纠错结果请自己核对，尤其是法律、医疗、财务等重要内容。
• 不要用 AI 处理你无权处理的内容，也不要用它做违法的事。
• 为了防止滥用，服务器有频率限制和每日上限。滥用、转售或攻击服务的账户会被停用。

付费和退款

• Pro、Max 是自动续费的订阅，按月或按年收费。可以随时在账户页的「管理订阅」里取消，取消后用到当期结束。
• 加油包一次性购买，不过期，当月额度用完后才开始扣。
• 首次付款后 7 天内、AI 用量不到额度的 10%，可以发邮件申请全额退款。其他情况按比例或个案处理。
• 价格可能调整。调整不影响已付款的当期，续费前我会提前通知。

账户

请保管好你的邮箱和设备。每个套餐有设备数上限，可以在账户页移除不用的设备。如果服务长期停止运营，我会至少提前 30 天通知，并按剩余时长退还订阅费用。

责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，我对 OldSnap 承担的赔偿责任不超过你在过去 12 个月里为它支付的金额。

Terms of Service

By using the OldSnap app or the services on oldsnap.cc, you agree to these terms. OldSnap is built and run by Oldlee (老李) as an individual.

The software

Local features (capture, annotation, pinning, text recognition, recording) are free and need no account. The software is provided as is. I’ll do my best to fix problems, but I can’t promise it’s free of bugs and I’m not liable for data loss caused by using it. Back up anything important.

AI features

• AI needs an account and a connection and draws on your plan’s quota. Quota is charged by actual model cost; the “~N uses” figures are estimates.
• AI answers can be wrong. Check translations, explanations and fixes yourself, especially for legal, medical or financial matters.
• Don’t use AI on content you have no right to process, or for anything illegal.
• The server enforces rate and daily limits. Accounts that abuse, resell or attack the service will be suspended.

Payments and refunds

• Pro and Max are auto-renewing subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Cancel any time under “Manage subscription” on the account page; you keep access until the end of the period.
• Top-ups are one-time purchases that never expire and are used only after your monthly quota runs out.
• Within 7 days of your first payment, if you’ve used less than 10% of the AI quota, email me for a full refund. Other cases are handled pro rata or case by case.
• Prices may change. A change never affects a period you’ve already paid for, and I’ll give notice before renewal.

Your account

Keep your email and devices secure. Each plan has a device limit; you can remove unused devices on the account page. If the service ever shuts down for good, I’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused part of subscriptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for OldSnap is limited to what you paid for it in the past 12 months.
