OldSnap 是我（老李Oldlee）一个人开发和运营的。这份说明写的是 OldSnap 桌面软件和 oldsnap.cc 网站收集什么、为什么收、存多久。

一句话版本

截图不会离开你的电脑。只有你按下 AI 按钮（纠错、翻译、总结、解释、提问）时，本地识别出来的文字才会发到我的服务器，再由服务器转给 DeepSeek 处理。

完全在本地的

• 截图、标注、贴图、录屏的内容，以及保存的文件。
• 识别文字（OCR）：用 Windows 自带的离线引擎，不联网。
• 二维码识别。
• 设置。登录凭据用 Windows DPAPI 加密保存在你的电脑上。

不登录、不用 AI 的话，OldSnap 只会联网检查更新（发送版本号、语言和一个设备标识）。

用 AI 时发送的内容

• 识别出的文字（最多 8000 字）；提问时还有你的问题和最多 6 条之前的对话；翻译时还有目标语言。
• 不发送图片、文件名、窗口标题或其他屏幕内容。

我的服务器收到后，加上处理指令转发给 DeepSeek（深度求索）的 API，生成结果后返回给你。DeepSeek 按它自己的隐私政策处理这些数据。我的服务器不保存你发送的文字和 AI 的回答，只记录这次请求的用量：时间、任务类型、模型、token 数和花费，用来计费和防止滥用。

账户

• 邮箱：用来登录（发验证码）和发送必要的账户通知。我不发营销邮件。
• Google 登录：只拿你的邮箱地址和 Google 账户 ID，用来识别同一个人。
• 设备：设备名称（比如电脑名）、设备标识（一串由系统信息算出的哈希值，不可逆）、最近使用时间，用来执行套餐的设备数上限。网页账户页也算一台设备，标识随机生成并存在浏览器里。
• 请求日志：IP 地址和时间，用来限制频率、防止滥用，保留不超过 30 天。

付款

付款由 Stripe 处理。银行卡、支付宝、微信支付的信息直接交给 Stripe，我看不到也不保存卡号。我只保存 Stripe 返回的订单号、客户 ID、套餐和金额，用来开通套餐和处理退款。

网站

oldsnap.cc 没有统计代码、广告追踪，也不设置 Cookie。网站字体从 Google Fonts 加载，Google 会因此看到你的 IP 地址。你的语言选择和网页登录状态保存在浏览器的 localStorage 里，退出登录会清掉登录状态。

保存多久、怎么删除

• 账户和用量记录在账户存在期间保留。订单记录按税务要求保留。
• 想删除账户，用注册邮箱发邮件到 support@eeoo.dev，我会在 30 天内删除账户、设备和用量记录（法律要求保留的订单除外）。
• 在账户页可以随时移除设备。

数据存放的地方

服务器托管在 Spaceship。AI 请求经 DeepSeek 处理。付款数据由 Stripe 处理。这意味着你的数据可能会跨境传输。

Privacy Policy

OldSnap is built and run by me, Oldlee (老李), on my own. This page explains what the OldSnap desktop app and the oldsnap.cc website collect, why, and for how long.

The short version

Your screenshots never leave your computer. Only when you press an AI button (fix, translate, summarize, explain, ask) is the text recognized on your computer sent to my server, which passes it to DeepSeek for processing.

Stays on your computer

• Everything you capture, annotate, pin or record, and the files you save.
• Text recognition (OCR), which uses the offline engine built into Windows.
• QR code detection.
• Settings. Sign-in credentials are encrypted with Windows DPAPI on your computer.

If you don’t sign in or use AI, OldSnap only goes online to check for updates (sending its version, language and a device identifier).

What is sent when you use AI

• The recognized text (up to 8,000 characters); for Ask, your question and up to 6 previous messages; for Translate, the target language.
• No images, file names, window titles or other screen content.

My server adds processing instructions and forwards it to the DeepSeek API, then returns the result to you. DeepSeek processes the data under its own privacy policy. My server does not store the text you send or the AI’s answer. It only records usage: time, task type, model, token count and cost, for billing and abuse prevention.

Your account

• Email: for sign-in codes and necessary account notices. No marketing email.
• Google sign-in: only your email address and Google account ID, to recognize you.
• Devices: a device name (such as your computer name), a device identifier (a one-way hash of system information) and when it was last used, to enforce your plan’s device limit. The web account page counts as a device; its identifier is random and stored in your browser.
• Request logs: IP address and time, for rate limiting and abuse prevention, kept no longer than 30 days.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card, Alipay and WeChat Pay details go straight to Stripe. I never see or store card numbers. I keep the order ID, customer ID, plan and amount Stripe returns, to activate your plan and handle refunds.

This website

oldsnap.cc has no analytics, no ad tracking and sets no cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address. Your language choice and web sign-in are kept in your browser’s localStorage; signing out clears the sign-in.

Retention and deletion

• Account and usage records are kept while your account exists. Order records are kept as tax law requires.
• To delete your account, email support@eeoo.dev from the address you signed up with. I’ll delete the account, devices and usage records within 30 days (except orders the law requires me to keep).
• You can remove devices from the account page at any time.

Where data is stored

The server is hosted by Spaceship. AI requests are processed by DeepSeek. Payment data is processed by Stripe. Your data may therefore be transferred across borders.
